External Solutions Architect/Scoper

Job Description: We are seeking a talented and experienced Salesforce Solutions Architect who possesses deep technical expertise in Salesforce platform solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for scoping projects, providing accurate project estimates, and architecting Salesforce solutions that align with our clients' business objectives. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate closely with clients, project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions that drive business success.
Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and objectives.
• Lead requirements gathering sessions to capture client needs and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
• Architect scalable and maintainable Salesforce solutions that leverage the full capabilities of the platform.
• Develop detailed project scopes, timelines, and resource estimates based on client requirements.
• Create solution architecture documentation, including diagrams, technical specifications, and implementation plans.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure best practices are followed in Salesforce development.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest Salesforce features, technologies, and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions that meet client expectations.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on Salesforce platform capabilities and limitations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Strong experience with solutioning for Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, FSL, CPQ, Experience Cloud, and other products on the core platform.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience architecting and implementing Salesforce solutions.
• Proven track record of scoping projects and providing accurate estimates for Salesforce implementations.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, including declarative customization, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and integrations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
